Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Contract: 13 Weeks (Extension Possible)
Shift: Day | 5×8 (08:00–17:00)
Required:
- LCSW
- Master’s in Social Work
- Able to work independently in high-volume, high-acuity settings
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Role:
Provide ambulatory social work services including psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, care coordination, and substance use/mental health counseling for high-risk patients.
Preferred:
- HIV Test Counselor
- LCSW or LMFT
- Spanish fluency
- 2–4 years’ experience with HIV-positive populations
