We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and enhance our guests’ experience with outstanding service and a well-crafted beverage program.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a keen understanding of bar management, including inventory control, staff supervision, and customer service. • Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Hire, train, and supervise bar staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
• Develop and maintain drink menus, including seasonal specials and signature cocktails.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales.
• Plan and execute promotional events to drive business and enhance customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of beverages, mixology, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in POS systems and financial reporting.
• TIPS or similar alcohol safety certification preferred.
