Fivetran is seeking a Contract Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in software engineering and analytics roles to join our team on a 12 month contractor basis. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Business Unit leaders for our Destinations and Analytics teams and the hiring teams to identify and hire top engineering and analytics talent while championing Fivetran’s values.

This is a 12 month/40 hours per week, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

• Act as the BU lead for our Analytics and Destinations (Fivetran’s Managed Data Lake) Team Globally
• Report up and out on overall hiring and priorities of the BUs that you are aligned to.
• Full-cycle recruitment for software engineering and analytics roles across North America.
• Build strong partnerships with engineering and analytics leaders, providing strategic hiring guidance.
• Source and engage candidates from diverse backgrounds. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through efficient, data-driven hiring processes.
• Collaborate across HR, TA Operations, Finance and hiring teams to streamline recruitment efforts.

• 7+ years of technical recruiting experience, including 3+ years in‑house at fast‑growing tech companies.
• Expertise in recruiting for engineering and analytics roles, including senior‑level positions.
• Strong sourcing, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for DEI, data‑driven recruiting, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with tools like Workday, Greenhouse, Linked In Recruiter, Linkedin Talent Insights, BI tools, Bright Hire.

Oakland Pay Range

$70 — $87 USD
