Job Description
We are looking for an Entry-Level Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping deliver a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
+ Source candidates through job boards, databases, and social media
+ Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
+ Schedule interviews and maintain recruiting calendars
+ Update applicant tracking systems with accurate candidate information
+ Assist hiring managers and recruiters throughout the hiring process
+ Support job posting creation and recruiting event
Requirements
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent related experience
+ Interest in recruiting, HR, or staffing
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus
