Job Description
We are hiring an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations, including onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and general HR support.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities
+ Maintain employee files and HRIS records
+ Assist with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries
+ Support payroll changes and HR compliance documentation
+ Schedule interviews and assist with recruiting logistics
+ Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements
Requirements
+ 1+ years of HR, administrative, or coordinator experience
+ Knowledge of HR practices and confidentiality standards
+
Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms preferred
+ Strong communication and organizational skills
+ Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
