Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer with strong expertise in data analytics and full‑stack development. You will play a central role in building the core platform, designing intuitive user experiences, and developing AI/LLM‑powered features that transform how businesses interact with their data.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast‑growing AI startup at an early stage and directly shape the product and engineering culture.

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Python (with Pandas, and related libraries).
• Develop algorithms to manipulate SQL queries for analytics and reporting use cases.
• Develop and maintain React front‑end applications with high usability and performance.
• Build and integrate LLM‑powered applications, including prompt engineering for domain‑specific analytics.
• Collaborate closely with customers and other team members to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and ensure best practices for performance, security, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring of junior engineers.

Required:

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Python and data analysis libraries (Pandas, Snowflake, etc.).
• Strong experience with SQL (schema design, query optimization, analytics workloads).
• Strong experience with React and modern front‑end development practices.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, testing).
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have:

• Experience with data visualization libraries (Plotly, D3.js, or similar).
• Background in analytics engineering or BI tool development.
• Experience in scaling data‑intensive applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker).
• Strong understanding of OLAP data warehouse systems (Snowflake, Amazon Athena, etc.)
