Digital Workplace Team is seeking a visionary Principal Technology Architect to lead the future‑state architecture for the Coworker User‑Technologies domain. This role will shape the digital employee experience through modern, secure, and scalable technology solutions.

• Define and align Digital Workplace technology strategies with enterprise goals.
• Develop and maintain architectural artifacts, standards, and reference architectures.
• Lead multi‑year roadmap planning and governance for Digital Workplace technologies.
• Partner with Enterprise Architects and Solutions Engineers to guide solution design.
• Drive innovation through emerging technologies (AI, cloud, virtualization, endpoint monitoring).
• Manage Microsoft Enterprise Agreement contracts and associated services.

Education: BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, Engineering (Master’s preferred).

Experience: 10+ years in IT architecture.

• Windows, macOS, iOS
• Power Platform, scripting (Power Shell)
• Zero Trust security principles

Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $147,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
