LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY – The role is hybrid in Oakland office Tues-Thur 8-5pm required, remote Mon & Fri.

• Handle multiple concurrent tasks with varying time sensitivities efficiently.
• Accurately update, extract, and report status to leadership from systems such as Planisware, Ariba, Jira, MS-Project, Excel, and sourcing tools.
• Independently analyze, reconcile, and report data from multiple spreadsheets or sources using MS-Excel, PowerPoint, Power
  
  BI.
• Track multiple concurrent tasks with varying priorities and due dates that change.
• Communicate effectively written and verbal to large audiences, develop visual representations of data and trends.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Data analysis with Excel, PowerPoint, Power
  
  BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Experience at a large corporation, IT Project or Program Experience.
• Financial forecast support for software services.
• SAP/ERP Implementation Project experience; understanding of Waterfall and Agile.
• Software proficiency:
  Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS-Project, Jira, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Power App.
• Additional software:
  Power
  
  BI, Power App, SharePoint.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Business Administration/Management Information Systems.
• Working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts.

10+ years of experience in large software programs and/or project experience.
