• Ability to handle multiple, concurrent tasks with a variety of time sensitivities efficiently. Organizational values of nimbleness are valued.
• Accuracy and attention to detail: update, extract, and report data to leadership from systems such as Planisware, Ariba, Jira, MS-Project, Excel, and sourcing tools.
• Data analysis: independently analyze, reconcile, and report data from multiple spreadsheets or sources using tools like MS-Excel, PowerPoint, and Power
  
  BI.
• Organizational skills: track multiple, concurrent tasks with varying priorities and due‑dates that may change.
• Communication skills: effective written and verbal communication to large audiences, explain performance variance, ask insightful questions, convey alternatives, and develop visual representations of ideas, data variances, and trends.

• Prior large corporation, IT Project or Program experience – understanding of large‑company workflows, request processes, and information needs.
• Financial forecast support for software services – develop and refine multi‑year forecasts for external providers.
• SAP/ERP implementation project experience – knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and project lifecycle deliverables.
• Software proficiency: competent in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint. Experience creating compelling presentations and documents.

• MS-Project – create, modify, and analyze large resource‑loaded project plans.
• Use of Power
  
  BI and/or Power App and SharePoint for document management.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
• Working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts.

10+ years of experience in large software programs and/or project experience.
