Business Analyst

Job Description

• Provide technical expertise in Accela Civic Platform, including scripting and workflow configuration
• Create and modify records and fields within Accela
• Support and troubleshoot G-Wizard (G-Wiz) tools built on Accela
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders across Planning, Building, and ITD
• Document processes and provide recommendations for system improvements

• 3+ years of experience working directly with Accela Civic Platform
• Hands-on experience with Accela scripting, workflows, and record management
• Familiarity with G-Wizard / G-Wiz tools (preferred but not required)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Experience supporting government or public sector clients is a plus
