Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and hands‑on configuration in Bentley APM (data model/config, rules/logic, workflows, health/risk frameworks, dashboards/reports as applicable).
  • Design and implement new Bentley APM solutions/use cases aligned to Electric Operations asset and maintenance processes.
  • Lead and support upgrade activities to new Bentley APM releases, including impact assessments, configuration changes, regression testing support, and cutover/go‑live support.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and recommend performance/stability improvements.
  • Partner with internal IT and operations stakeholders to translate requirements into Bentley APM configurations and technical designs.
  • Create documentation (configuration guides, runbooks, upgrade notes, admin SOPs).
