Job Title: Business Process Analyst – Service Procurement (SAP S2P)

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst – Principal level to support a large‐scale, multi‐year SAP transformation program focused on Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) processes. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in SAP Service Procurement and a passion for driving change in complex enterprise environments.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of procurement operations, working closely with business stakeholders, system integrators, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of SAP Ariba, Fieldglass, and S/4

HANA solutions.

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
  Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements for Service Procurement.
• Fit‑to‑Standard Analysis:
  Evaluate SAP standard functionalities against business needs and identify gaps.
• Collaboration with System Integrators:
  Develop and validate test scripts and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
  Lead UAT cycles, track defects, and ensure resolution.
• Change Management & Training:
  Drive user adoption through training programs and change management strategies.
• End‑User Enablement:
  Create documentation and deliver workshops to support end‑user readiness.

• 8+ years of SAP‑related experience.
• 5+ years of functional experience in Source‑to‑Pay (S2P).
• Strong experience in SAP Service Procurement.
• Professional experience with SAP Ariba & SAP Fieldglass.
• Participation in at least one full‑cycle SAP implementation (ECC or S/4
  
  HANA).
