We’re seeking a Head of Security to architect and lead our International security strategy — across physical, operational, and regulatory dimensions. If you’re an experienced leader who thrives in international environments, this is your chance to set the standard for safety and resilience in a rapidly scaling organization.
What You’ll Do- Secure What Matters
Protect our people, assets and data— across borders and environments.
- Design & Implement Strategy
Build and execute a modern, scalable security framework for international operations.
- Lead in Crisis
Take charge during incidents — from cyber attacks to physical or environmental threats.
- Stay Compliant
Ensure we meet and exceed security regulations and industry standards in multiple countries.
- Leverage Technology
Introduce smart tools: CCTV, access control, encryption, intrusion detection, and beyond.
- Build Solid Partnerships
Manage external security vendors, consultants, and international stakeholders.

What You Bring- Background: Degree in Security Management, Information Security, Criminology, or equivalent.
- Experience: 5+ years leading security in corporate or multinational contexts.
- Languages: Fluent English required;
Swedish, Finnish, or other European languages a major plus. - Certifications (bonus): CPP, PSP, PCI, CSMP, ISO 27001/31000 or similar.
- Mindset: Strategic, proactive, and calm under pressure — with a passion for building systems that scale.
