Systems Analyst-Automation Developer Job Status:

Job Summary
We are seeking a Systems Analyst / Automation Developer to support and enhance day-to-day operational systems, workflows, data platforms, and Microsoft-based automations. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, ideal for someone who can independently manage assigned systems and workflows while partnering with stakeholders to improve efficiency, data quality, and reliability.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working across systems administration, Dataverse, Power Platform development, and operational support, and thrives in an environment where priorities evolve and process maturity is growing.
ResponsibilitiesSystems Administration & Operational Support
- Own day‑to‑day administration of assigned business systems and applications
- Manage user access, permissions, configuration changes, and basic security controls
- Troubleshoot system, workflow, and data issues; resolve independently when possible
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks
- Support onboarding/offboarding and role‑based access requests
Business & Customer Support
- Serve as a primary technical support contact for internal users
- Respond to operational and data‑related service requests with a customer‑first mindset
- Translate business needs into system configurations or automation solutions
- Support exception handling and manual workarounds when needed
Data & Dataverse Management
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Dataverse tables, relationships, and business rules
- Perform data validation, cleanup, and normalization activities
- Create and maintain views, forms, and security roles
- Partner with stakeholders to improve data quality and governance
Automation & Development (Microsoft Ecosystem)
- Design, build, and maintain Power Automate flows (cloud and approvals)
- Develop and enhance Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model‑driven)
- Support integrations between Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Forms, Dataverse, and external systems
- Monitor automation health, performance, and failures; implement fixes and improvements
- Follow deployment, testing, and change control best practices
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Support development of operational reports and dashboards (Power BI or Excel‑based)
- Validate data used in reporting and business decision‑making
- Identify and recommend automation or system improvements to reduce manual effort
- 3–6 years of experience in systems administration, automation, application support, or development
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform
- Hands‑on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps in production environments
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and relational data concepts
- Experience supporting business‑critical workflows and operational users
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools
- Familiarity with API integrations and connectors
- Experience in regulated or data‑sensitive environments
- Exposure to ITSM practices, ticketing systems, or change management
