Perm Position
The S2P (Source to Pay) Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives as part of a broader business and technology modernization effort. This role requires deep technical and functional expertise in Source to Pay technologies and data requirements, including Ariba, SAP ECC/S4
HANA, and SQL, along with a solid understanding of integration points with Inventory, Finance, and Accounts Payable functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of supply chain technology solutions, with a focus on ensuring alignment with the objectives of process standardization, data quality enhancement, and technological innovation.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the procurement systems representative in design workshops, business requirement confirmations, and future-state process development at the L3/L4 level.
- Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications for system development.
- Analyze fit/gap findings from design workshops and provide technical input based on system landscape and operating environments.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to understand operational requirements and develop scalable IT solutions.
- Design and develop system integrations across SAP modules and enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Identify data-related risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies to protect project integrity and timelines.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in business or Supply Chain systems development, support, reporting, or analysis.
- Skilled with SAP & Ariba systems.
- Must have experience with SAP & Ariba and systems.
- Experience with Ariba analytics and reporting.
- Contract clause experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High-level analytical capabilities to solve data and process challenges.
- Proven experience in cross-functional projects and team collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- SAP certification.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Expert-level knowledge of SAP MM/EWM/Ariba functionality.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP MM and SAP BW.
- Ability to function effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes (e.g., order creation, inventory movements, goods receipt, invoicing, and payments).
- Ability to develop complex SAP and SQL Server reports.
- Experience in database design and architecture.
