Data Scientist II

This role focuses on leveraging data to drive strategic decisions by analyzing customer behavior and supporting new initiatives. You will collaborate with various teams to translate complex findings into actionable insights and contribute to the development of AI-driven solutions. Contract Type: W2 Contract Duration: 9+ Months

Location:

Oakland, CA (West Coast Peferably) Pay Range: $80.00 - $90.00 Per Hour on W2

• Support the execution of team strategies by providing data-driven insights into customer behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address well-defined business questions.
• Design and execute A/B tests, with support on more advanced experimental designs.
• Assist in evaluating and integrating new analytical and AI approaches.
• Develop core data science skills and contribute to team learning.

• 4-6 years of data science experience.
• Proficiency in designing and interpreting A/B tests.
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings.
• Experience in the fintech industry, specifically in banking, lending, or payments, is preferred but not strictly required.
