This role is pivotal in managing the organization's technology vendor relationships to maximize value and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor, aligning IT investments with business objectives and long-term plans. You will collaborate across departments to define requirements, oversee performance, and drive innovation through vendor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and optimize technology vendor relationships for strategic alignment and measurable results.
- Develop and implement innovative commercial models to achieve financial savings targets.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of vendor engagements, from onboarding to performance reviews.
- Analyze vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop vendor technology strategies and requirements.
- Manage complex IT vendor relationships and contracts.
- Develop and execute vendor strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Proficiently manage cross-functional stakeholder engagements.
- Experience in managing technology vendors within large, complex enterprises and multi-year investment planning cycles is required.
