• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud AMS engagements, ensuring SLAs, service levels and client satisfaction targets are consistently met.
• Lead and mentor a team of AMS functional consultants, providing technical guidance, coaching and quality oversight on incidents, service requests and enhancements.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex or high-priority issues, coordinating across functional and technical teams to drive timely resolution.
• Own the client relationship at the engagement level, running regular service reviews and reporting on SLA performance, ticket trends and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee quarterly Oracle Cloud release testing across supported clients, coordinating regression testing, communicating impacts and managing rollout risk.
• Manage AMS engagement scope, staffing and workload balancing across the team to ensure coverage and responsiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing recurring support themes and translating them into process, automation or system enhancement recommendations.
• Support commercial aspects of AMS engagements, including scoping change requests, contract renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Stay current on Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and emerging functionality, ensuring the team is prepared to support new capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience leading or managing Oracle Cloud AMS/production support engagements, including team leadership responsibility.
• Strong background in service delivery management, SLA governance and continuous improvement in a support environment.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team of functional consultants.
• Comfortable owning client relationships and running service review conversations with client stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills, with the judgment to prioritize across competing demands.
• Oracle Cloud certification is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain issues and resolutions to both technical and executive audiences.
• A collaborative, solution-focused leadership style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
