This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful matters involving public entities, with a strong emphasis on strategic litigation and trial preparation.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and manage discovery
• Handle depositions and trial preparation
• Engage with public-sector clients including cities, counties, and special districts
• Navigate government claims procedures and statutory/constitutional defenses
• Manage complex litigation including electronic discovery and law & motion practice
• Build cases for trial: develop evidence, interview witnesses, and manage depositions

• Experience:
  
  3-5+ years in litigation (state and federal courts); open to more senior candidates
• Public Entity Expertise:
  Required experience with government clients and related procedures
• Skills:
  
  Proficiency in motion practice, case development, and discovery management
