Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description
  • Pay: $65–$70 per hour to start
  • Assignment Length: 12-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and budget
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Work Location: Onsite
  • Manage Customer Engagement Operations financial and contracting workflows, including monthly accruals, finance reporting, vendor invoice tracking, purchase order review, and full PO lifecycle management, while coordinating with FP&A, Procurement, and IT Security to ensure accurate and compliant execution.
  • Oversee the end-to-end venue review process for speaker programs by reviewing submissions, applying compliance and business rules, maintaining approved and restricted venue lists, updating systems, and communicating approvals or denials to field teams in partnership with Compliance.
  • Support advisory board and consulting operations by managing HCP contracting workflows, maintaining financial trackers, and submitting advisory board accruals and financial reporting to FP&A.
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison across CE Ops, Contracts, Procurement, IT Security, FP&A, and external partners, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency through effective use of enterprise systems including CPAF, SAP, Smartsheet, Centris, SPARC, and SharePoint.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of project or program management experience required, preferably within commercial operations, medical operations, or compliance-driven environments.
  • Strong experience supporting finance and operational workflows, including purchase orders, accruals, vendor management, and contracting processes, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Highly detail-oriented and process-driven, with exceptional documentation practices and a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and meeting competing deadlines.
  • Clear and professional communicator with the ability to produce well-documented, compliance-ready communications and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in enterprise systems and workflow tools such as Smartsheet, SAP, or similar ERP platforms, with familiarity in compliance-driven environments, speaker programs, HCP contracting, and data privacy and security assessment processes.
