Faith Chinese Alliance Church (FCAC) held its first official service on May 11, 1986, at Cleveland Elementary School in Oakland, CA, on Mother’s Day. Answering the Christian & Missionary Alliance (C&MA) call to church planting, FCAC was established during a time when many Southeast Asian refugees arrived in the Bay Area, feeling like "sheep without a shepherd." God placed a burden on Rev.
Philip Loh and his team to meet their spiritual needs. At FCAC, we believe in the transformative power of Jesus Christ to change lives and impact our community, with the ultimate goal of reaching the world. We are a mission-driven, welcoming community committed to growing in faith, deepening our relationship with God, and sharing Christ's love.
We are seeking a passionate, spirit-led individual, preferably with Senior Pastor experience, to lead and serve our congregation as we deepen our faith and pursue our mission together.
The Senior Pastor will be responsible for providing spiritual leadership, preaching, teaching, and pastoral care to the congregation. This individual will guide the church in fulfilling its vision, mission, and values while fostering a loving and supportive environment for all members. The Senior Pastor will work closely with the church leadership team and maintain a visible presence within the community.
Key Responsibilities:Interested candidates are invited to submit a resume, cover letter, and a statement of faith via email to Rob Doulas (Rob), District Superintendent, Central Pacific District. Please include references and any relevant ministry experience.
