- Coordinate patient care in the perioperative environment.
- Manage staff in the Preoperative Units and Post Anesthesia Care Units (PACU).
- Consult with staff, physicians and the Surgical Services Director on nursing issues and interpretation of hospital and unit policies and procedures to ensure patient needs are met.
- Actively participate in continuous quality improvement activities.
- Formulate budgets for the Preoperative and PACU.
- 2+ to 5 years of perioperative experience.
- CA RN License
- BLS
- PALS
