Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a critical need ICU night shift position in California requiring a current CA RN license and strong critical care skills.

Job Details

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in a hospital setting,

• Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts,

• 36 hours per week over a 13-week contract,

• Uses Epic EMR system,

Job Requirements

• Active CA RN license required at time of consideration,

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program,

• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience within the past 3 years,

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required,

• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration,

• BSN, 2 years recent ICU experience, NIHSS, and CCRN preferred,

• Dialysis or SLED experience preferred,

Additional Information

• Main responsibilities include providing critical care nursing for ICU patients with advanced monitoring and interventions,

• Must have all licenses and certifications active at time of consideration; pending statuses not accepted,

• Same pay rate applies to both local and travel candidates,

• Contingent workers may not work more than two years in total without a 90-day break,

• Compliance with hospital and infection control policies required,
