Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a critical need ICU night shift position in California, requiring a current CA RN license and recent ICU experience.

Job Details

• Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting,

• 13-week assignment with night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM,

• 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts,

• Uses EPIC EMR system,

Job Requirements

• Active CA RN license required at time of consideration,

• Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent ICU nursing experience,

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program,

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required,

• NIH Stroke Scale certification and CCRN preferred,

• Dialysis and SLED experience preferred,

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred,

• Last 4 digits of SSN and DOB required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include providing critical care to ICU patients and participating in complex case management,

• Two references and all required certifications must be provided for consideration,

• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers,

• Traveler may not exceed two years of cumulative assignment without taking a 90-day break,
