Shift: AM Shift Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour About the Role Medical Hill Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our nursing team on an on-call basis for the AM shift.

As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care and support to our residents while promoting their comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being. You will work closely with the nursing team to ensure residents receive high-quality, individualized care in accordance with their care plans.

Responsibilities Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents.

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and mobility.

Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing supervisors.

Respond to call lights and resident requests in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures.

Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.

Protect resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members.

Qualifications Active California CNA certification required.

Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.

Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach to care.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Flexibility and availability to work on-call AM shifts as needed.
