Production Control Supervisor needs 2+ years experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in production control, quality control, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data management.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Review and reconcile batch totals to system totals, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
- Perform daily quality control audits of various reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Oversee and monitor the schedule and quality control of daily notice mailings, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
- Administer the refund Program, including processing refund requests and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Complete imaging, corrections, and quality control of handwritten citations to maintain accuracy and data integrity.
