The Role – Property Manager:EBALDC is seeking two full-time Property Managers (OLP/IVY and Margaret Gordon Westport sites) in Oakland, CA. This role oversees daily property operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, tenant satisfaction, and financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:Leasing & Tenant Relations:
Market units, manage leases, waitlists, move‑ins/outs, evictions, and tenant inquiries.Rent Collection:
Collect and track rent in YARDI, manage delinquencies, and issue legal notices when necessary.Property Maintenance:
Oversee maintenance, inspections, vendor contracts, and ensure a safe, clean environment.Administration & Reporting:
Supervise staff, manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.Community Engagement & Additional Duties:
Address emergencies, provide tenant support, and foster strong resident relations.
3+ years property management experience, preferably with subsidized or tax credit housing.
Strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in YARDI, Microsoft Office, and basic bookkeeping.
Certifications such as Certified Tax Credit Specialist or COS preferred (or attainable within 6 months).
Regular walking, standing, light lifting, and occasional bending or climbing.
Salary:On-site/On-call: $41,933 – $57,117/year
Off-site: $55,000 – $66,000/year
