EBALDC is seeking two full-time Property Managers (OLP/IVY and Margaret Gordon Westport sites) in Oakland, CA. This role oversees daily property operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, tenant satisfaction, and financial integrity.

• Leasing & Tenant Relations:
  Market units, manage leases, waitlists, move‑ins/outs, evictions, and tenant inquiries.

• Rent Collection:
  Collect and track rent in YARDI, manage delinquencies, and issue legal notices when necessary.

• Property Maintenance:
  Oversee maintenance, inspections, vendor contracts, and ensure a safe, clean environment.

• Administration & Reporting:
  Supervise staff, manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Community Engagement & Additional Duties:
  Address emergencies, provide tenant support, and foster strong resident relations.

• 3+ years property management experience, preferably with subsidized or tax credit housing.

• Strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in YARDI, Microsoft Office, and basic bookkeeping.

• Certifications such as Certified Tax Credit Specialist or COS preferred (or attainable within 6 months).

Regular walking, standing, light lifting, and occasional bending or climbing.

• On-site/On-call: $41,933 – $57,117/year

• Off-site: $55,000 – $66,000/year
