PayFixed $20.00 per hour.
RequirementsPrevious high volume dishwashing experience preferred.
Job SummaryMaintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Scrapes and rinses food, washes dishes by hand or places them in racks/conveyor for machine, ensuring cleanliness.
- Washes pots, pans, trays according to procedures.
- Polishes silver with burnishing machine, chemical dip, buffing wheel or hand cloth.
- Ensures compliance with safety procedures and sanitation standards.
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as per standards.
- Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain standards.
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other prep surfaces.
- Removes trash and cleans cans.
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Helps load and unload supplies and product.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
