Fitness Sales Associate Body Fit Training Oakland, CA

Pay: $18 -$20 per hour + commission

Part-time: 12-20 hours per week

Preferred Shift: Evenings, 4:45 PM 8:30 PM

We are seeking a Fitness Sales Associate to join our Oakland team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fitness, outgoing, and motivated by sales goals and commission opportunities. The Sales Associate is the first point of contact for new members and plays a vital role in growing the studio community.

Make 50+ outbound calls daily to prospective members

Engage with walk-ins, leads, and referrals to generate membership sales

Present membership options, overcome objections, and close sales

Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

Support grassroots marketing and community events to build awareness

Deliver excellent customer service and foster a welcoming studio environment

Maintain strong knowledge of Body Fit Training programs and benefits

Passion for fitness, health, and helping others improve their lives

Outgoing, energetic, and confident communicator

Sales experience preferred (fitness, wellness, or retail sales a plus)

Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment with clear goals

Strong ability to handle objections and think on your feet

Motivated by commission opportunities and team success

Availability to work evening shifts and weekends if needed

$18-$20 per hour + uncapped commission potential
