Meet with local residents to assess their specific insurance needs and identify coverage gaps.

Prepare clear, accurate quotes that provide real protection for families and small business owners.

Follow up with new leads and existing clients to ensure their policies remain up-to-date and relevant.

Maintain an organized pipeline of potential customers through consistent outreach and relationship building.

Resolve client inquiries regarding billing, claims, or policy changes with patience and a problem-solving mindset.

Collaborate with the agency owner on creative local outreach efforts to increase our visibility in the Oakland community.

Property & Casualty insurance licenses

Demonstrable experience working in a sales or customer-focused role.

Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple insurance quoting platforms simultaneously.

Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex policy details clearly.

Genuine interest in helping people navigate the often confusing world of insurance coverage.
