For nearly two decades, we've delivered custom, turnkey security solutions across the San Francisco Bay Area, serving clients that include tech campuses, commercial properties, public spaces, high‑end residential communities, and cultural institutions.

At BSG, we don't just fill posts, we develop, train and deploy client‑specific security teams. The primary responsibility is to ensure access control of residence halls through high visibility, deterrence, patrols, and community engagement. Officers are expected to foster positive relationships with students, staff, and visitors, promoting a safe and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include acting as first responders to emergencies, monitoring security, communications, and fire/life safety systems, accurately documenting events, and enforcing campus residential rules.
