Plumbing Service Technician

Overview

Job Description: Responsible for troubleshooting, installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems all while providing top-notch customer service.

• Plan and complete all necessary steps in the installation, maintenance, repair and servicing of water and drain systems
• Troubleshoot instances of system malfunctions, interruptions and failures
• Adhere to the highest standards of quality, and safety
• Ensure proper billing, invoicing and daily documentation of activities
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to finished project

• Ability to work well with others
• Excellent communications skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• 4 years experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Able to provide professional customer interaction
• Possess and maintain a valid drivers’ license
• Must pass a pre-employment background check

Full-time

High school or equivalent

Residential plumbing: 4 years preferred

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $ per year
