RK Roofing & Construction Inc. is seeking experienced Journeyman Roofers to join our commercial roofing team (low-slope). The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial roofing, can work independently or as part of a crew, and is committed to safety and quality workmanship. We are a growing roofing company dispatching from Oakland and serving the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.

Both private and prevailing wage projects.

• Install, repair, and maintain various commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, coatings, etc.)
• Perform roof demo as needed
• Follow safety regulations
• Perform high quality craftsmanship
• Ensure job sites are clean and safe at all times
• Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors
• Operate hand and power tools safely

• 4+ years of roofing experience (journeyman level)
• Strong knowledge of roofing techniques, materials, and safety practices
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
