Restorative Pathways is seeking a Case Manager (Housing) to provide trauma-informed, client-centered housing support for individuals and families in our programs. You will identify housing barriers, develop personalized plans, connect with resources, and support long-term stability.
You will manage a caseload of about 30–40 clients, conduct home visits, document in HMIS/Clarity, and collaborate with landlords and community partners to sustain tenancies.
