We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with hands‑on experience in the Quadient Inspire Platform to design, develop, and implement customer communication workflows. The ideal candidate will have solid API development experience and the ability to build secure, scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and implement customer communication workflows using Quadient Inspire.
- Build and integrate secure, scalable APIs following architectural guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on input/output requirements and system usage.
- Support strategic planning, quality assurance, and compliance with internal controls.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving workflow and integration issues.
- API Technologies: REST, SOAP, and other API protocols.
- Databases: SQL.
- Version Control:
Git Hub.
5+ years of software engineering experience. Master’s degree preferred.
Preferred Skills- Experience with Customer Communications Management (CCM) platforms.
- Exposure to Precisely Engage One platform.
- W2 consultants only.
- W2 consultants from a consulting firm on C2C are also workable.
- Sponsorship requirement must be disclosed upfront.
- Candidates must be eligible for conversion to full‑time employment.
