Job Summary

CSC Holdings, LLC seeks a Data Analyst to design, develop, and execute SQL queries in order to extract, manipulate, and aggregate data.

Responsibilities

Design and manage integration techniques to consolidate data from diverse sources, including relational databases, flat files, APIs, and cloud-based systems. Architect and develop intricate workflows to ensure accurate extraction, transformation, and loading of data. Implement transformation logic for data quality and consistency, and establish comprehensive error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms to promptly address data issues. Create and maintain automated ETL jobs and scheduling processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Develop and implement Python scripts for comprehensive data extraction, cleaning, and transformation, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Analyze complex datasets with statistical methods and Python libraries to identify trends, correlations, and insights that support business decision-making. Extract, analyze, and interpret call data to identify performance-impacting patterns and trends, develop detailed reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor call metrics like duration, wait times, and resolution rates to assess and improve call center efficiency.

Qualifications

Position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years of experience with gathering, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data in a data analyst role. Experience must include at minimum: 2 years of experience with data analysis and reporting using Excel; 2 years of experience with ETL workflows using Pentaho Data Integration (PDI); 2 years of experience with Python-based solutions to automate data extraction from diverse sources;

2 years of experience with sophisticated data manipulation techniques and libraries including Pandas and Num Py; 2 years of experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Big Query, Postgre

SQL, and SQL Server; and 1 years of experience with Tableau dashboards optimized for performance, scalability, and usability. Part-time telecommuting permitted.
