Overview
Domino’s Pizza is seeking a highly energetic Customer Service Representative to join our fast‑paced team. The ideal candidate is upbeat, reliable, and dedicated to delivering a great customer experience both in‑store and over the phone. This role offers a solid foundation for career growth within the Domino’s organization.
Responsibilities- Operate point‑of‑sale equipment and prepare product to meet quality standards.
- Stock ingredients, manage inventory, and maintain a clean work environment throughout the day.
- Receive and process telephone orders, entering information accurately into the ordering system.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork in a timely manner.
- Assist with daily store open/close duties, including cleaning equipment and facilities.
- Minimum age 16 years old.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Numerical proficiency for accepting and returning correct monetary change.
- Motor coordination for accurate and rapid food handling, including using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Ability to comprehend and give written instructions and to communicate verbally with co‑workers.
Staff will work in environments ranging from 36‑90°F. Expect exposure to varying weather conditions while performing outdoor tasks, hot surfaces up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
Physical RequirementsStanding for most tasks; walking on ceramic tile or linoleum. Lift up to 50 pounds with a hand truck, push or pull trays up to 30 pounds, and perform repeated bending, stooping, and reaching to a height of 72 inches. Frequent use of shoulder, forearm, and wrist muscles for preparation and service tasks.
