We are a full-time, center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program serving children with autism ranging from 18 months to 6 years of age. Our mission is to deliver the highest quality therapy to help our early learners reach their potential to communicate, improve social skills, and prepare for academic success.

Our comprehensive onboarding and training approach will support and prepare you to provide the best possible therapy to our clients.

To facilitate collaboration of care and superior treatment outcomes for young learners, we have an opening for a Masters level OT. Our center-based program delivers intensive early intervention for young children with autism. Each child receives 1-on-1 ABA therapy delivered by a technician and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Most of our learners require Occupational Therapy in addition to ABA and speech therapy.

We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual to provide high quality Occupational Therapy, collaborate with our clinicians on case management, and help our learners maximize their potential. We would also consider a strong candidate with great leadership and management skills for a more comprehensive role in the growth of Ally Behavior.

• Provide high quality Occupational Therapy as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with clinicians on case management and treatment planning
• Deliver 1-on-1 OT services within an early intervention ABA framework
• Support and mentor team members as applicable to leadership/management growth

• Masters Degree required
• Valid state licensure for location(s) of practice required
• Experience with early intervention and working with children with autism
• Strong and fluent writing and oral communication skills
• Desire for professional growth and career advancement

• Meet weekly forty 30-minute billable sessions requirement
• Ability to provide necessary certifications and state licensing as applicable

• Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, squat, run or stand for extended periods
• Ability to reach and hold objects
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

• Salaried, full-time positions; salary ranges from $70,000–$90,000 annually
• Over $20,000 in bonus eligibility (on top of base salary)
