Thrive at Home in Fairfax, VA is looking for compassionate and dedicated CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join our growing care team! We offer paid training, paid orientation, and a referral program.
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors/Nurses
- Support clients with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and nutritional needs
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe home environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
- Document care activities
- Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification or registration in Virginia
- 2 years experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and families
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Fairfax, VA area
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and you have to have a current TB or chest x-ray
- Ability to pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements
- You have to be available to work a weekend or every other weekend and pet friendly
