Position: Valuation Associate for Financial Models
Join our client as a Valuation Associate specializing in preparing valuations and financial reports. This position offers the chance to work with diverse clients and engage in essential analyses for business transactions.

The ideal candidate will have an intermediate accounting background and be keenly interested in valuations. You’ll create comprehensive financial models, prepare quality client deliverables, and assist with engagement planning. Collaborating with clients and team members is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate valuation schedules and detailed reports

• Complete pricing analyses for acquisitions and divestitures

• Develop high-quality client deliverables including analyses

• Assist in planning engagements by identifying core issues

• Manage multiple valuation files and update status with managers

Requirements:

• Post secondary education in accounting or finance

• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Understanding of private enterprise accounting standards

• CPA designation preferred

• Strong detail orientation and interpersonal skills
