Monitor processing of invoices and ensure high-quality, law-compliant invoicing and collection procedures.
Ensure timely collection of payments and conduct credit checks across assigned accounts.
Negotiate with clients in non-payment cases and act as the primary customer liaison for invoicing, billing, activations, terminations, support tickets, and order inquiries.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc forecasting reports.
Organize and maintain records of invoices, bills, and deposits.
Stay updated on industry and legislative changes and ensure all team members follow accounting principles.
Oversee the activities and performance of direct reports, providing direction, coaching, and mentorship.
Collaborate and support employees during performance management, key performance achievements, and career development planning.
