Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the full invoicing and collections cycle

• Set objectives that align with accounting department goals

• Ensure timely payment collection and conduct credit checks

• Negotiate with clients regarding payment matters

• Prepare various forecasting reports on financial performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent

• 5–8 years in accounts receivable or similar roles

• 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel
