Accounts Receivable Accountant

In this role at Peter Mielzynski Agencies LTD, you will be essential in ensuring the timely processing of promotional expense account reconciliations. Your skills will be critical in managing supplier contracts, A&P entries, and cash application processes. Collaborating across teams, you will help maintain accuracy and compliance to support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage promotional invoices per supplier agreements
• Post journal entries related to A&P
• Reconcile accounts and troubleshoot discrepancies
• Handle cash application and track payments
• Supervise sales tax reporting for compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with an accounting focus
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Actively pursuing a Canadian Accounting designation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
