Position: Full Cycle Bookkeeper
Elevate your accounting career as a Full Cycle Bookkeeper in Oakville with our client. This permanent full-time role offers opportunities in managing various financial operations across four organizations.

Our client seeks a detail-oriented Bookkeeper experienced in full-cycle accounting. You will manage daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy within primary accounting software systems. Responsibilities also involve balancing intercompany loans, processing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing for month-end and year-end financials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record accurate financial transactions and maintain records

• Reconcile intercompany loans and ledger accounts regularly

• Process accounts payable invoices and schedule vendor payments

• Manage full-cycle accounts receivable tasks including invoicing

• Assist with financial preparation and liaise with auditors

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Clerk

• Proficient in accounting software, Spire is a plus

• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP

• Experience with payroll processing is an asset

• Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision
