This role at Randstad Canada is open to candidates with 1-2 years of experience or recent Master’s graduates in Accounting or Finance. You'll manage supplier invoices, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end financial activities. Your ability to analyze data in Microsoft Excel will enhance financial reporting and procedural accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Book supplier invoices under GAAP guidelines
• Manage vendor communications and queries
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Process payments as directed by management
• Produce financial statements according to accounting standards
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in billing or accounts receivable role
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance accepted
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
Help maintain financial integrity and strong vendor relationships as a critical part of the finance team in Oakville.
