Internship in Financial Insights at BDO

Seize the opportunity as an intern with BDO's Financial Reporting & Insights team in Markham and Oakville. This position emphasizes tax engagement and financial statement reviews.

From September 2026 to April 2027, you'll be integral in preparing financial statements and assisting with tax compliance for a variety of clients. You will develop your skills in communication and problem-solving while building strong client relationships and contributing to team efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile financial statements for review engagements

• Prepare working files for tax and information returns

• Engage in tax compliance projects following regulations

• Assist in preparing T1, T2, and T3 tax returns

• Communicate updates and issues with team members

Requirements:

• Currently studying accounting

• Prior experience with Quickbooks, Xero, or Sage is beneficial

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Commitment to quality and client service

• Collaborative mindset with a focus on client solutions
