Halton Healthcare is seeking a dedicated individual for a permanent full-time role focused on accounts payable functions. You'll process Purchase Order and Non-Purchase Order invoices, ensuring accurate financial operations. Collaboration with Mohawk Medbuy Corporation Purchasing and various stakeholders is key to resolving discrepancies efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and manage accounts payable invoices from various sources

• Verify 3-way match for invoice accuracy

• Obtain approvals for Non-PO invoices as per HHS policies

• Data entry of invoices and expense coding

• Maintain and secure invoice documentation for audits

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years in accounts payable or finance

• Post-secondary education in accounting or finance

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
