Position: Senior Accountant with Leadership Role

You will report to senior finance leadership, managing full accounting operations to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with regulations. Your hands-on leadership will lead month-end and year-end closing processes while providing crucial financial insights for strategic initiatives. This role emphasizes teamwork and continuous process enhancements across the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily transactions including payroll and reconciliations

• Ensure timely financial closes at month and year-end

• Prepare detailed financial statements for management review

• Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting processes

• Coach and develop accounting staff for enhanced performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar

• At least five years of relevant accounting experience

• Comprehensive understanding of internal controls and financial systems

• Proficient in ERP software and advanced Excel skills

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
