Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor exceptions involving 3-way matches

• Produce ad-hoc reporting for the Manager of Merch AP

• Create private queries for departmental use

• Document standardized processes for various AP functions

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Familiarity with large Financial Systems (e.g., People Soft, SAP)

• 2-5 years' relevant experience in Finance/Accounting

• Strong analytical skills with a Finance-related degree

• Knowledge of programming in VBA or SQL is advantageous
