Position: Staff Accountant at HUB International
Join HUB International as a Staff Accountant to support vital finance operations from Woodbridge, Oakville, or Windsor, Ontario. This hybrid position offers balance with 2 remote and 3 office days weekly.

As a Staff Accountant with HUB, you will be critical to the Canadian Divisional Controller team, ensuring timely financial processes like accounts receivable and payables. You will manage reconciliations, investigate aged balances, and provide ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all trade accounts receivable and collection tasks

• Process premium and broker payables punctually

• Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting

• Investigate aged balances in collaboration with various departments

• Review report data daily for accuracy

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience

• Knowledge of accounting concepts or bookkeeping considered an asset

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency for data analysis

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
